Two more banks are to stop issuing travellers' cheques.
The ANZ and National banks say customers prefer to travel with pre-loaded electronic travel cards and there is now almost no demand for cheques.
They will continue to cash the cheques, but will stop selling them from 4 July.
Westpac, Kiwibank and HSBC have already discontinued travellers' cheques but BNZ and ASB still offer them.
