There have been changes at the top of two of the country's listed property trusts.

AMP New Zealand Office Trust has appointed Scott Pritchard as its new chief executive.

Mr Pritchard, who has been the fund manager at Goodman Property Trust, will fill the role left vacant by Rob Lang when he stepped down at the end of June.

He will take up the Auckland-based role on 6 September.

Meanwhile, Goodman has appointed Murray Barclay as a senior executive for its New Zealand operations.

Mr Barclay has been working in Goodman Group's European logistics markets for three years, and will return to New Zealand at the end of the year to take up the role.
