Air New Zealand has reported a pickup in passenger numbers.
The airline says it carried 1.15 million passengers during July - up 7.3% from the same month last year.
The passenger load factor, which measures how much available capacity is being used, rose 4 points, to more than 84%.
Passenger numbers on domestic flights within New Zealand and to Australia and the Pacific Islands, were up almost 8% on last year, while long haul patronage increased by more than 5%.
Capacity across all routes rose 1.7%.
Shares in Air New Zealand rose 1 cent to $1.18 on Thursday.
