New disclosure rules for three main airports

12:36 pm on 23 December 2010

The Commerce Commission has put out the new disclosure regime for Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports.

The commission says more information will be available about what customers pay, their experience of regulated terminal services facilities and the extent to which interruptions are related to the supply of regulated airport services.

And in another commission ruling, Transpower's revenue will be capped at $644 million for the year to March 2012.

All Transpower's proposed capital spending on the national electricity grid has to be approved by the commission.
