The New Zealand stock market was up on Thursday morning.
At 12:43pm, the NZX 50 index was up nine points to 3385 on turnover of over $50 million.
Fletcher Building was up 1 cent to $8.86, Telecom was up 1.5c to $2.15, and Contact Energy was up 5c at $5.84.
Air New Zealand was down 1c at $1.10. Hallenstein Glasson was up 2c to $3.73 and The Warehouse was up 1c at $3.43.
Sky City Entertainment was down 1c to $3.34, Sky TV up 1 cent to $5.59
DNZ Property Fund was up 3c to $1.24.
Across the Tasman, the ASX 200 index was up 25 points, or 0.5%, at 4677.
The New Zealand dollar was trading at 74.4 US cents, 73.35 Australian, 45.82 pence, 60.22 yen and 0.5275 euro. The Trade Weighted Index was at 65.24.
