The Serious Fraud Office says it's investigating DataSouth Finance.
The company is part of the DataSouth Group, which provides information technology services to the Christchurch area.
The SFO says it has received information raising concerns over lease agreements between the company and its clients that were financed by South Canterbury Finance.
