Changes are afoot at board level at The Warehouse, which is preparing to welcome a new chief executive next month.
Chairman Keith Smith is stepping down from the role, to the deputy's seat.
Mr Smith will make the move on 2 May, the same day as chief executive Ian Morrice retires.
Mr Morrice will be succeeded by Mark Powell and Graham Evans will become chairman.
