Horizon Distribution made $5.9 million in the year to the end of March, similar to what it made in the previous year.
Revenue rose almost 2% to $31 million.
Horizon chairman Rob Tait says the company's distribution network performed well despite three significant weather events in the Eastern Bay of Plenty region.
Mr Tait says its contracting business, Horizon, also performed well, and has expanded with the acquisition of a 60% interest in Tauranga-based contractor Stewart Browne Group.
Horizon will pay a total dividend of 17 cents, unchanged since the previous year.
