Investment Research Group has bought the Sharechat website for an undisclosed amount.
Sharechat.co.nz had been owned by Tarawera Publishing, which says it's focusing on its key publishing areas which covers the financial services industry, interest rates and property investment.
Investment Research says it operates a number of websites and the purchase of sharechat will allow it to rationalise the seven websites it operates.
