Listed water cooler company Just Water International plans to buy Wellington-based corporate plant hire business Creative Images.
The $900,000 deal has been in the pipeline for the past two months and will be finalised on 1 September.
Just Water International chief executive Tony Falkenstein says plant hire is a complimentary business which he believes the company can grow.
Mr Falkenstein says the company plans to expand the corporate plant hire business nationwide.
