NZX says shares in IRG will be suspended from trading on Friday unless the company issues its annual report.
IRG says the annual report was completed last week, but a technical matter was raised about the classification of assets in the financial statements and that's delayed the issue of the audit report.
IRG's chairman says the delay does not affect the group's previously released results and the report should be issued in a few days.
