Goodman Property Trust has fended off calls to bring its management in-house.
Some shareholders voiced their concern at the high fees paid to the trust's manager at its annual meeting in Auckland on Tuesday.
It follows moves by Argosy Property Trust to bring the management of its property portfolio in-house.
Goodman Property Trust chief executive John Dakin says its independent directors recently reviewed the management structure and are happy with the current arrangement.
