Vodafone has lifted its annual profit by almost a quarter.
The UK-based mobile phone giant made $151.5 million in the year to the end of March compared with $121.6 million a year earlier.
Revenue rose 6% to $1.7 billion.
Vodafone will pay its parent a dividend of $130 million compared with $47 million last year when its profit fell a third.
