DNZ sells Vincent Street property

DNZ Property Fund has negotiated the unconditional sale of its property at 132 Vincent St, Auckland.

The price was negotiated at the March valuation of $9 million and should be settled in July 2012.

The building is currently tenanted by the engineering firm Beca, which is moving to Kiwi Income Property Trust's Pitt St building, which was vacated by the now defunct Auckland Regional Council.

DNZ Property Fund's shares rose 2c to $1.27 on Monday.
