The Serious Fraud Office has confirmed it's investigating the Auckland-based financial advisory company, Investment Solutions.
SFO chief executive Adam Feeley says the company is suspected of soliciting $4 million from about 80 investors, and there are concerns about whether the funds have been used in accordance with investment instructions.
Investment Solutions advertised itself as offering investment and financial advice to a small, select group of personal clients.
