Yealands Wine Group has set up a new board, following a merger with Ager Sectus Wines in September.
The new board includes Yealands Estate owner and founder Peter Yealands, plus Peter Radich, John Waller, John Ashby and Bryan Mogridge.
Mr Mogridge will assume the role of chairman.
