Shares in the retirement village operator Summerset Group have listed on the stock exchange.
It's the first major listing since Kathmandu about two years ago.
Shares opened at $1.40 each and have risen 5c.
Summerset is the country's third biggest retirement village operator, owning more than 1300 retirement village units and 323 care beds in 13 villages throughout the country
