Auckland International Airport Ltd has completed the refinancing of a $275 million bank loan, with a new multi-currency facility.
The new $135 million loan is being provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia and matures on at the end of January 2015.
That means that together with a recently completed six year $100 million bond issue, the $275 million loan has been refinanced.
