The stock market has edged down on Thursday, with the benchmark NZX50 index declining less than a point, or 0.02%, to 3280.
In currency markets, at 5.20pm the NZ dollar was at 76.55 US cents, 75.98 Australian cents, 48.70 pence, 59.97 yen and 0.5685 euro.
The Trade Weighted Index was at 67.75.
Telecom was down 2.5 cents at $2.52, Fletcher Building was down 3 cents at $6.12 and Contact Energy was up 2 cents at $5.43,
Sky City Entertainment was up 3 cents at $3.53 and Sky Network TV was unchanged at $5.30.
Ryman Healthcare was up 6 cents to $2.65 after increased sales boosted the first half profit for the rest home operator by 14% to $59.6 million.
APN News and Media was down 9 cents to $1.11 and DNZ was up 2 cents at $1.29 after reporting a half year profit of $8.2 million.
The Warehouse was unchanged at $3.25 and Nuplex was unchanged at $2.62.
