Inflation expectations ease - Reserve Bank

Inflation expectations have eased and economic growth is expected to slow in the coming year according to the Reserve Bank's quarterly survey of business managers.

The survey shows two year inflation expectations - a particular concern for the bank - declined from 2.86% in August to 2.82%.

Respondents are also picking the economy to grow by 2.1% in the coming year, down from 2.9%.
