The Real Estate Agents Authority is calling for public and industry feedback on proposed changes to the Real Estate Agents' rules on professional conduct.
Acting chief executive, Dean Winter, says after being in force for two years it is timely to review the code.
A consultation document on its website and submissions closes next February.
