Fisher Paykel Healthcare has agreed to a three-year renewal of a long-standing agreement with CareFusion, giving it exclusive rights to distribute its products into the hospital market in the United States.
The companies have been partners for 25 years.
Shares in Fisher Paykel rose 1 cent to $2.12 on Thursday.
