The New Zealand and Australian markets closed higher on Tuesday.
The NZX50 closed up 22 points to 3337 on turnover of $75 million as at 5.06pm.
The New Zealand dollar was trading at 83.75 US cents, 78.17 Australian cents, 52.87 pence, 66.74 yen, 0.6319 euro and the Trade Weighted Index stood at 73.78.
Fletcher Building was up 14 cents to $6.64, Telecom was up half a cent to $2.16, Chorus up 3 cents at $3.26.
Sky City Entertainment was up 1 cent to $3.78, Sky Television was up 9 cents to $5.15.
Tower was unchanged at $1.48. Contact Energy was up 2 cents to $4.80.
