Video shows CBD changes in past year

The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority has released a video showing time-lapse photography of the Christchurch Central Business District taken between 1 February last year and 31 January this year.

The footage, provided by CERA, was shot from the roof of HSBC Tower on Worcester Boulevard.

It shows changes to Christchurch's landscape looking out towards Cathedral Square.
