More than 100 owners of red zoned properties in Christchurch have rejected their settlement offers from the Government.

The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority has released details of those taking up the Crown's offer in South New Brighton and Southshore, who had until this week to make their decision.

Only three of the 193 homeowners affected in these areas have rejected the offer made to them, taking the total number of rejections to 130.

The authority says the acceptance rate is about 98%.
