Christchurch has experienced two more in a long line of aftershocks.
A quake with a magnitude of 3.3 gently shook the city just after 4pm on Monday. It was followed a quarter of an hour later by a 3.5 tremor. Both were centred 120 kilometres north of Christchurch.
Early on Monday morning, at 5.14am, a 3.6 quake was recorded 30 kilometres east of Darfield.
Christchurch has now had more than 1300 aftershocks since the major earthquake a month ago.
