Two more recovery assistance centres for people affected by the Christchurch earthquake will open in the city on Wednesday.
They are at the Mt Pleasant Yacht Club, 41 Main Rd, Redcliffs and the Old Boys' Collegians cricket pavilion, Hagley Oval, South Hagley Park.
Representatives from government, local government and non-government organisations will be at the non-residential centres to help people.
This includes Work and Income, Housing New Zealand, Red Cross, Christchurch City Council, quake support and counselling support services.
Other recovery assistance centres are at: Linwood Community Link in Aldwins Road, the Wainoni Aranui Recreation Centre, Parklands Baptist Church, St Faiths Hall in New Brighton, Nga Hau e Wha Marae in Aranui and Shirley Rugby Club on New Brighton Road.
