The Vice-Chancellor of Canterbury University has been appointed as the third trustee of the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal Trust.
Dr Rod Carr joins the Secretary for Internal Affairs Brendan Boyle and the Secretary to the Treasury John Whitehead on the trust.
The appointment was signed off by the Internal Affairs Minister and the Finance Minister.
