There is significant flooding in parts of Christchurch. Burst water mains in the suburbs of Ferrymead and Redcliffs have left roads covered with water and, in some cases, inundated properties.

Humphreys Drive in Ferrymead and Main Road through Redcliffs are both affected by flooding due to more earthquakes in the region on Monday.

Water from broken water pipes has inundated a commercial carpark in Ferrymead and some residential gardens in Redcliffs.

There is also significant liquefaction on Ferry Road through Ferrymead.
