Public consultation on the $2 billion plan to rebuild central Christchurch is delayed by the snow.
The draft plan was unveiled last week and residents were to have their chance to comment on the proposal from Tuesday.
[image:2771:half:right]While the plan is available online for people to read and download, Christchurch City Council says it has been unable to distrbute printed copies.
The council hopes to deliver copies of the draft plan to service centres, libraries and recreation and sport centres in the next couple of days.
People have until 16 September to submit written comments.
