A new central bus terminal has opened in Christchurch making post-quake public transport more straightforward for thousands of commuters.
Since February's earthquake there have been two temporary bus stations about three kilometres apart on each side of the city.
The new central station on Lichfield street, near Ballantynes, will streamline bus connections.
It is located behind the new temporary shipping container shopping mall in Cashel Street,
The mall is due to open on Saturday.
