Labour leader David Cunliffe says if he had been the Prime Minister he would have personally dealt with media requests involving the Security Intelligence Service.

John Key said yesterday he was 100 percent certain that he was not briefed by the SIS director that he was going to release documents which would embarrass the Labour Party, despite saying in 2011 that he had been told.
Mr Cunliffe, however, said he does not accept Mr Key's version of events.
"I would have been clear from the start off, as the responsible minister, that would have come to me personally.
"If indeed it did not go to Mr Key personally, which would have been at odds with what he has previously said."
