Gisborne Mayor re-elected for fourth term

The Mayor of Gisborne Meng Foon has been re-elected for a fourth term.
He defeated his only challenger councillor Gary Hope by almost 3000 votes.
That's Mr Foon's smallest majority since he was elected mayor.
