US win women's basketball

The United States won the women's basketball Olympic gold medal by beating France 86-50 in the final on Saturday.
The US women remain unbeaten at the Games since 1992.
Forward Candace Parker was the top scorer with 21 points.
Australia earlier won the bronze by beating Russia 83-74.
