Fire investigators in Christchurch are looking into five arsons in the early hours of Saturday morning in the east of the city.
Three involved damage to property including two garages and a car.
All of the fires were in the suburb of Aranui, close to where the Canterbury Rowing Club's boat shed was gutted by fire a week ago.
