Police have charged the driver of a tour bus involved in a fatal crash near Westport in February.
A 62-year-old British woman was killed and other tourists were injured when the bus left State Highway 6 near Charleston and rolled 20 metres down a bank.
Seventeen overseas tourists were on board.
The 37-year-old Auckland-based driver faces one charge of careless driving causing death and one of careless driving causing injury.
He has been summonsed to appear in the Westport District Court in October.
