A homicide enquiry has been launched in the Auckland suburb of Mt Roskill.
A man, 60, was found dead at a Richardson Road property on Sunday morning, following what police say is believed to be a domestic incident.
A man in his 30s is assisting police with their enquiries.
A post mortem will be carried out on Monday.
