The Fire Service says arson is believed to be behind three fires on the same road near Picton.
The first fire was reported about 5.20am on Sunday on Queen Charlotte Drive and a fire crew arrived to find a bach engulfed in flames.
They then spotted another bach further down the road with a couch on fire and a shed at another property was also found alight.
All three buildings burned to the ground.
The Fire Service suspects the fires were deliberately lit and police are investigating.
