Three men will appear in court on Monday charged with assaulting a man in Hamilton.
Police say a group of men got out of a dark blue Ford Fairmont car and seriously assaulted a man on the corner of Norton Road and Torrington Avenue at about 12.10pm on Sunday.
Police say the traffic at the intersection at the time of the incident was reasonably heavy, and they are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
