Fireworks go on sale from Sunday until Wednesday as tough new rules on their use enter their second year.
Sales were last year restricted to a four-day period up to and including Guy Fawkes day on November 5.
That's continuing, so Wednesday is the last day fireworks can be bought.
People must be 18 to purchase fireworks and sparklers will again be restricted to variety packs.
The Fire Service says the number of fireworks-related injuries and damage to property dropped last year by a third from 2006, but it still wants improvements.
The service is asking people to keep up the good work.
