Hamilton police are investigating an unexplained death after a man's body was discovered on a footpath in the suburb of Frankton.
Police were called to Green Street just before 7.30am on Tuesday.
They say the man's body was found lying on the footpath outside the gate to the property. It's believed he lived at the site.
The death is being referred to the Coroner.
