Police are still hunting for a man who pulled a gun on the manager of a Kathmandu store in Petone on Wednesday.
The robbery happened just after 2pm when a man stealing puffer jackets was tackled by the store manager.
The manager chased him to the carpark where the thief threatened him with a gun.
Three Wellington-area Kathmandu stores have now been targets of theft over the last two days and police believe the incidents are probably connected.
Chief executive of Kathmandu, Peter Halkett, says the company is offering support to all employees.
