Police are investigating a suspicious fire in the Christchurch suburb of Aranui.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on the corner of Soberton and Warblington Streets just after 7pm on Thursday.
The property, which was vacant, suffered extensive damage.
Police say it appears the fire was deliberately lit and they're appealing for information about it.
