Poor light halts cricket test against West Indies

The second day of the second test between New Zealand and the West Indies at Napier ended early on Saturday due to bad light.

When play was suspended just before 6pm, New Zealand was 119 for 1.

Daniel Flynn is on 54 and opener Tim McIntosh 44.

Earlier in the day, the West Indies were dismissed for 307.

West Indian batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul was not out 126.

The standout New Zealand bowler was Iain O'Brien, who claimed career best figures of 6 for 75.
