Tyson visa verdict right - former minister

Updated at 10:19 am on 5 October 2012

Associate Minister of Immigration Kate Wilkinson cancelled the visa this week after a charity withdrew a letter of support for his visit.

Mr Malcom said that if he was still in Government, he may have approved the initial application.

But now, he would reject it without hesitation because of the publicity in recent days about Tyson's convictions for rape and violence.
