A man charged with the murder of a prostitute in Christchurch has been ordered to stand trial in the High Court.
Mellory Manning, 27, was beaten and stabbed before her body was dumped in the Avon River in December 2008.
Mauha Fawcett, 24, is charged with kidnapping and murdering her.
No date is set yet for his trial.
