Traffic on the southern motorway in Auckland has returned to normal after a truck full of live chickens caught fire on Wednesday morning.
Police say the truck has been cleared away, traffic is flowing freely on the motorway and there are no more delays.
The chickens are thought to have survived the fire, which broke out just before 11am.
