Charges have been laid in Manukau District Court against an Auckland property investor following a second investigation by the Serious Fraud Office.
Glenn Cooper, 39, faces six charges of dishonestly using a document.
The charges relate to six property transactions between late 2010 and September last year.
The amount involved is $834,700.
it is also alleged that false sale and purchase agreements and misleading loan application forms were prepared by Mr Cooper and submitted to banks.
