A Kapiti Coast mortgage broker charged with fraud is to go on trial in Wellington.
Kerry Buddle, 33, appeared before Porirua District Court on Thursday on multiple charges of using documents to obtain a pecuniary advantage, and causing financial losses to her former clients. The charges date back to 2008.
She has entered not guilty pleas and was remanded on bail until a callover in the district court at a date yet to be set.
