A drug dealer who admitted supplying LSD has been freed on bail pending an appeal in further fallout from the police's ill-fated undercover sting on the Red Devils motorcycle gang.
Trevor John Momo Wilson was jailed in September this year for two-and-a-half years after pleading guilty to LSD and cannabis charges.
But the case against his other 20 co-accused was stayed by a High Court judge, who ruled that police tried to deceive the courts with a fake prosecution designed to bolster the credibility of an undercover officer.
Wilson's appeal was lodged in October and its outcome will depend on a hearing in December over the Crown's appeal against the stay ruling.
